FWIW, I agree with you re: leaving POC who ended up in the comm in an awkward position, and that's one of the things I'm most concerned about personally & as a mod - so while I am thinking about a longer response to your earlier comment - I just wanted to leave a short note to say that yes, I am thinking about it, and while I see where elf is coming from I think that it is a particularly difficult situation w/r/t the closed membership...
